At May 10 and 11, 2018, the International Forum on Advanced Optical Imaging was held in xi 'an.
This Forum was jointly host by xi 'an university of technology, international center of optical research and education (iCORE).

the president of xi’an technological university Lei yapping, the vice president of Chinese academy of Sciences, Mr. Xiang Libin, Prof.James C. Wyant, fellow of National Academy of Engineering from University of Arizona, USA, and Guo Jie from Science and Technology Department of shaanxi province attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. More than 100 people, including 9 experts from Japan, the United States, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, researchers and students attended this Forum.

This forum is aimed at establishing a long-term and sustainable scientific community in the research area of optical science and technology through bringing together international top-level experts in high-quality collaborations. It promotes the development of advanced optical imaging technology and data analysis application technology, and will play an important guiding role in future research.
